Dr. Shivajee Yadav is a former member of the Constituent Assembly of Nepal and an experienced public policy leader with a background in civil engineering. Holding a PhD in Civil Engineering, he brings interdisciplinary perspectives from infrastructure development, governance, and policy-making. 

Ms. Satya Pahadi is a former Minister for Peace and Reconstruction of Nepal with expertise in peace building, post-conflict reconstruction, social inclusion, and parliamentary affairs. She brings valuable experience in governance, policy engagement, and community-focused initiatives, along with political and social perspectives that enrich the understanding and practice of crisis management studies at Samarpan Academy.

Mr. Bajracharya is a successful entrepreneur with a Bachelor’s degree in Business from Tribhuvan University. He is the founder of Nepa Marble Bath House, a well-established enterprise that has been successfully operating for over three decades. As a Board Member and Promoter of ICMS, he contributes his entrepreneurial experience, leadership, and insights towards the growth and advancement of the Institute
